Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" provides the consumer the right to exchange goods of good quality for the same, if the purchased goods did not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of good quality, which are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172). Such goods, in particular, include:
"Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic precious stones and semi-precious stones".
But we understand that jewelry ordered online may not fit correctly, so our customers have the opportunity to exchange the jewelry within 3 days of receipt. To return (exchange) call +380 66-123-3344, or write to us in any messenger. A mandatory condition for return (exchange) is to preserve the presentation of the product. There must be no signs of wear or mechanical damage; the decoration must be sealed. The product is sent by the customer to the specified address with delivery paid at the buyer's expense. After we receive the jewelry and a positive decision on the exchange (return), we send the jewelry for a replacement or return the money to the buyer’s card. If you purchase jewelry during a promotion with free shipping, the shipping amount will be deducted when you issue a refund.
Please note the cases when exchange (return) is not possible:
- the decoration is made to order;
- the decoration has traces of use;
- the decoration has been damaged (excluding manufacturer defects) or modified; changed its color under the influence of external factors;
- there is no product tag on the decoration;
- 3 days have passed since receiving the decoration
