The products have the manufacturer’s name, the hallmark of the state enterprise assay control (925). A tag is attached to the product with the name of the manufacturer, the article number and the main characteristics of the product - weight, type of stones (if any). With the product, the buyer is sent an author's postcard-envelope with the addresses of the site and company pages on social networks.

If you transferred money to us in advance and changed your mind about purchasing the goods, write a form by hand, indicate your payment details, photograph the application and send it to the number indicated on our website. We will refund the full amount and cancel the delivery.

If for some reason you do not want to pick up the goods at the post office, call us and let us know about your decision. Delivery upon return is at the buyer's expense. After receiving the goods, we will refund your money.
